Additional Room Rate Information

• Special Weekends and Holidays may require higher rates.
• Any reservations cancelled within five days of your intended stay will incur a one night charge per room on your credit card.
• For groups of four or more rooms any reservations cancelled within fourteen days of your intended stay will incur a one night charge per room on your credit card.
• Rates are subject to change.
• All rooms and suites at Cliff Dwellers Inn are non-smoking rooms, however we DO offer smoking facilities outside of each room.
• No pets allowed in rooms.
• Sorry, no discounts for holidays,  special events, and July or October. Ask about reduced rates - Mar/April.

Rates are based on Normal Occupancy, which can include up to two adults and one child sixteen or under. For each additional adult (age 17 and older) a $12 charge per night is added. For each additional child a $6 charge per night is added. There is a five-day Cancellation Policy. During January through April a room on the Lower Floor can be rented for $61.99 per night Sunday through Thursday. No discounts during July and October, or during holidays and special events.

	All Regular Rooms Feature: A Double and Queen Bed, Remote Control Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Hair Dryer, Refrigerator, Free Local Calls, Ceiling Fans, Air Conditioning, Incredible Views! Note:  We do have one unit in our regular inn rooms that offers a King bed. Room Rates based on double occupancy, which includes 2 adults and 1 child under 16. 	The Cliff Haus II Suite offers a Top Level view of surrounding mountains, TWO separate bedrooms, each has a TV with a Queen and Double sized beds in each.  Also offers two baths.  Full Kitchen, Dining Table, Living Room with Television, Sleeper Sofa, Gas Log Fireplace, Private Terrace and more.  Can be rented as a ONE bedroom suite.
