We come to the Blue Ridge pretty often, and will see
you on our next visit to Blowing Rock. Your Inn is
the best we have stayed at, and we have traveled
from one end of this country to the other on many
different occasions. We normally stay at Hampton
Inns when we are in unknown territory because they
are always first class, but believe me when I tell
you the Cliff Dwellers Inn is just as nice - if not
better. We love the views and the huge size of the
room.

Just wanted to tell you how much my two girls and I
enjoyed staying at your Inn. We came to Blowing Rock
for a weekend of skiing at the Appalachian Ski Mtn.
Resort and were happy to find that we could not have
picked a better place to stay than Cliff Dwellers.
App Ski Mtn was only a mile or so down the road and
there were more than ample places to eat around the
Inn (many of which even offered 10% discounts to
guests of Cliff Dwellers :-). We stayed at the Cliff Haus II Suite which really made our vacation
complete. It was so nice and cozy to come back from
a day of skiing and relax in front of the fireplace.
The furnishings, the flooring, everything seemed so
new and was so comfortable. With a Blue Ridge
Parkway Exit just a mile down the road, we also had
easy access to beautiful drives and hikes. We hated
to leave after 4 nights, but look forward to
hopefully making this an annual event, and will be
sure to spread the word on the best and most
hospitable place to stay in Blowing Rock.

We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed
staying at your Inn, and regret that it could only be
for one night. We plan on coming back though, as we
love the area and Cliff Dwellers is a beautiful
place to stay. The view is beautiful and your
hospitality was terrific. The rooms are huge with
very large windows and extremely comfortable. Thanks

If one word could
summarize our visit to Cliff Dwellers Inn it would
be AWESOME!. We were looking for a romantic getaway
within short distance of the Blue Ridge Parkway for
hiking and sight seeing. We stayed in the Garden
View Suite complete with fireplace, Jacuzzi, private
balcony, scenic views and more. The staff was very
cordial and responsive to our every need. There were
also many restaurants and Shoppe's within short
distance. It could not have been better. We are
already planning a return visit to the Cliff
Dwellers Inn. To the staff, please accept our
gratitude for a wonderful experience. Five stars
without a doubt!

We really enjoyed our
weekend stay at the Cliff dwellers Inn! The rooms
were so spacious and nicely decorated and we loved
the glider rockers! What a great view we had as
well! Thanks again for a great weekend! We'll be
back before too long!

We really enjoyed our stay at
the "Cliff Dwellers Inn". It was our 35th wedding
anniversary!
The owner, Ed, was an excellent
host!!!
It was the quietest retreat we
have been to for awhile. Although there were many people
visiting the area to see the fall color, we did not know it
when we were in our own room at night. VERY quiet!
I would recommend Cliff Dwellers
to other people looking for a GREAT get-a-way anytime of the
year.
You could not have a better
location for everything in this area during the year,
especially October! While resting between our outings, we
enjoyed the view of the lake and mountains.
I hope that we can return there
next year, or sooner!

Just wanted to email
you to let you know how much Terry and I enjoyed staying at
Cliff Dwellers for our Anniversary on 1/3/03. We just loved
the view and more than that the cozy rooms and your
hospitality. You folks act as if we have know each other for
years! That is so nice. You made us feel so at home and
comfortable. Everything was lovely. It made our 16th
anniversary very special. We loved the Boone/Blowing Rock area
and had a lovely stay. Thanks for loaning us the sled. I
wished the weather had permitted us to get to the top for
tubing and or sledding, but we enjoyed the snow so much. We
tried the one restaurant that you suggested for
breakfast-Blowing Rock Cafe-it was wonderful. Thank you for
referring us there. You guys do a wonderful job of keeping the
place clean and beautiful. Your hospitality is what will bring
us back again soon. Thanks so much.

bedroom, living room and a kitchen. We were in Blowing Rock
for my aunt's 50th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed our
accommodations immensely. We would highly recommend your motel
to anyone. The views were fantastic. I had a chance to see
